Office Furniture, institutional casegood and fixture manufacturers have been demanding a 3mm thick PVC Edgebanding that will wrap contours and shapes with ease. This product can be applied on both automated work centers such as the Homag BAZ, BAK, IMA BIMA and Biesse Millennium, as well as on manual contour edgebanders. Doellken Flex• Edgebanding offers a number of advantages: A high-quality primer provides a strong, permanent bond on straight-line as well as inside and outside radius applications. It has a minimum outside radius of 25mm (1"). It has a minimum inside radius of 50mm (2"). The concave shape of the edge profile ensures a tight lamination and minimizes any visible glue line. No extra pressure or excess hotmelt is needed.
