Extra large washer built into head to increase bearing surface and provide maximum hole coverage. Simply drill an oversized 5/16" hole in the drawer box. Attach drawer front by driving the screw through the box into the drawer front. Oversized hole allows for adjustments to be made to the drawer front thus insuring perfect alignment. The screw is half-threaded to insure thread engagement is in drawer front only.
