Filled adhesive benefits:
• Very good adhesion with PVC, wood and laminates
• Good running properties
• High bond strength and coverage
• Most commonly used type of edgebanding adhesive
• High viscosity hot melt with high heat resistance and good cold flexibility of glue line
• Excellent color and heat stability in the melt
Applications:
• For solid wood, veneer, PVC and resinated paper edgebands; also used for soft forming applications

• Viscosity: 180,000 at 374øF; 130,000 at 392øF; 100,000 at 410øF
• Softening Point: 238ø F
• Application Temperature: 374-412øF
• Feed Speed: 30-120 ft/min.
