Filled adhesive benefits:
• Very good adhesion with PVC, wood and laminates
•Good running properties
• High bond strength and coverage
• Most commonly used type of edgebanding adhesive
• Low viscosity hot melt with fast melting properties, long open time and good color and heat stability in the melt
Applications:
• For contour edgebanding of PVC, paper, and polyester at low application temperatures and at very slow feed speeds; also suitable for soft forming PVC edges

• Viscosity: 60,000 at 266øF, 40,000 at 284øF, 30,000 at 302øF (60,000 at 130øC, 40,000 at 140øC, 30,000 at 150øC)
• Softening Point: 194øF / 90øC
• Application Temperature: 266-302øF (130øC - 150øC)
• Feed Speed: 15-60 ft/min.
