• Easy to install mechanism will allow you to turn a full size desk or work surface (76-1/2" x 27") into a comfortable and secure single bed
• Mechanism and all parts are powder coated for durability
• The mattress is supported by curved oak slats for extreme sleeping comfort
• Sufficient clearance when the desk top is stowed so that a 17" monitor and other items can remain in place and do not have to be moved off the desk
• Desk can support 77 lbs. of equipment; bed can support 440 lbs
• Included is the routing pattern for the 2 side panels and can be supplied as a paper template or CAD program
• Mechanism is supplied with all necessary parts and fasteners except the wood
• Floor foot print is 84-1/4" x 42-1/8"
