The ELITE 110 Ton offers four workstations and affords the ability to customize the open workstation with one of 13 attachments, and 14 additional accessories available to further improve productivity. This compact machine has premium features that maximize efficiency and allow for fast and easy transitions between fabrication operations: punch, shear, notch, bend, or cope all in one machine. The Hydraulic Hold-Down, Roller Encoder Measuring System, Swing-Away Stripper Assembly, and Quick Change Punch Assembly are designed to increase accuracy and save production time. Punches are easily changeable, long-lasting, and available from 1/8" to 4" diameters along with square, oblong, hex, metric, and custom shapes. The Angle Shear blades have 2 corner radii and are made of precision tool steel with 2 cutting edges, while the Flat Bar Shear blades are made of precision machined, high-quality tool steel with 4 cutting edges.
