12" x 2" Independence Hidden Corner Bracket, Black Finish

The independence hidden corner bracket comes with double arms extending at right angles to support the corners of the L shaped counters. It creates the perfect floating counter appearance while also supporting countertop overhang.

The Independence has short down flanges that deter any interference with drawer slides and attach to the opposing sidewalls of your base cabinet. The down flanges attach to the inside corner of the cabinet base. Best used in an island application where 2/3 of the countertop is resting on the cabinet base. Pair with other hidden brackets for full support. This bracket comes in a size of 12x12x2 with a black powder coat finish. Utilize these corner supports with other hidden countertop brackets to ensure that your entire overhang is supported. This bracket has a carrying capacity of 375 lbs each. The thickness of the bracket is .25".

The best part of the Independence Hidden Corner Bracket is that it minimizes the distance between the supports. In return, the two arms are able to distribute the corner weight evenly. Installation is simple, we typically recommend a minimum of 1.75" biting material for the fasteners to bite into.
