ADA Universal floating vanity Bracket are for use in both single-occupancy restrooms or multi-user restrooms. This bracket features an interchangeable arm that can be configured to support a left or right arm support configuration.

The bracket allows quick entry underneath the sink for plumbing access by allowing for the sink deck to attach to the bracket and be removed easily.

Following ADA guidelines can be a struggle. This support bracket will assist with the process. To meet ADA compliant guidelines, sinks shouldn’t be mounted higher than 34" from the floor, and they should have a knee clearance of 27" high, 30" wide, and 11 to 25" deep. You also need clear floor space and insulated pipes under the sink. When mounted at the appropriate height, ADA Universal floating vanity Brackets will provide the 27" knee clearance and be ADA compliant.
