- Digital thickness control in Inches & MM (Inches to 3 decimal places) on 4 precision jacks
- Abrasive belt mistrack limit switches
- Centralized control panel
- Disc brake on main motor
- Double infeed and outfeed holddown rolls
- Emergency stop system including infeed pinch point protection
- Hour meter records the actual running time of the machine. This unit is used by maintenance for scheduled lubrication of key components and other required adjustments
- Interlocks located on all access doors
- Infra-red through-beam abrasive belt tracking. “Send and receive” type
- Quick release outboard support
- Ammeter for load monitoring.
