The kettle can produce 27oz of hot water in just nine minutes when powered by two 18V LXT 5.0Ah batteries (sold separately). For added convenience, the kettle automatically shuts off when the water is boiled. It has a boil-dry feature that does not allow for operation when empty, and a sensor that prevents the kettle from operating when not on a stable surface. The Kettle has a convenient carry handle on the top for easy portability.
