Unfilled PO Hot Melt Adhesive for Edgebanding

Jowatherm PO 237.50 is an unfilled edgebanding adhesive based on polyolefin (PO), characterized by high heat resistance, a wide range of adhesion and superior appearance of the adhesive joint. In comparison with conventional PO hot melt adhesives, this product achieves significantly higher bond strengths. Jowatherm PO 237.50 provides processors with a good alternative to PUR adhesives when a broad adhesion spectrum and a "zero bondline" are required. In many cases, investments in new machines are not necessary.

Jowatherm PO 237.50 does not contain any fillers. This facilitates the manufacturing of virtually invisible, colorless adhesive joints, especially on dark decors and high-gloss furniture fronts, with an outstanding yield.

In addition, Jowatherm PO 237.50 is REACH-compliant and offers improved occupational safety compared to reactive adhesives with hazard labeling.
