Rugged Comfort Quick Latch Half Facepiece Reusable Respirator 6500 Series is NIOSH-approved with a wide variety of bayonet-style filters and cartridges.

Rugged Comfort Half Facepiece Reusable Respirator 6500 Series is ideal for maintaining comfort in tough and dirty work environments. The 6500 Series facepiece is durable and resilient with a stable lightly textured silicone faceseal that’s soft yet firm. The low-profile, half facepiece design offers a wide field of view and compatibility with certain welding and grinding shields. The adjustable head cradle and straps work offer a personalized fit. The bayonet-style connection fits a broad range of filters, offering protection against gases, vapors and particulates. Cool Flow Valve allows for easy breathing and helps reduce warm and moist exhaled breath from inside the respirator. An exhalation valve cover helps direct exhaled breath and moisture downward. The 6500 Series can help reduce exposure to a broad range of gases, vapors and particulates, when used with approved filters and/or cartridges. When properly fitted and used with approved filters and/or cartridges, this half facepiece helps provide respiratory protection for concentrations up to 10 times the OSHA permissible exposure limit (PEL). It connects with all 2000, 5000 and 7000 Series filters and 6000 Series cartridges and can be used with Powered and Supplied Air Systems including TR-600, TR-800 and Dual Airline for increased convenience and flexibility. The 6500 Series offers replacement spare parts to help you maintain the right level of comfort and protection when parts become worn or damaged. Available in three sizes: small, medium and large.
