The 40V max XGT 3" x 21" Belt Sander, AWS Capable (GSB01Z) delivers corded performance with cordless convenience. The 3" x 21" Belt Sander delivers up to 20% faster sanding than corded. The GSB01 features a large, adjustable front grip for sanding flush to walls, utilizing the nose and side of sander. It gives the user fast material removal with the 3" wide belt and speed of 1,540 ft./min. It also features a variable speed control dial that allows the user to adjust from 390 - 1,540 ft./min to match the speed to the application. The GSB01 also features an auto-tracking belt system that tracks the belt without adjustment. Convenience features include an innovative design for optimal tool and battery weight balance, an adjustable L.E.D. light that illuminates the work area, and a dust bag for a cleaner work environment. The Belt Sander can be used while stationary for more aggressive sanding, grinding, and shaping of various materials with Clamper Set (part no.192694-6, sold separately).
