With the push of one button via a Servo system to control the position of the cutting head, tape applicator and the feed height, there is virtually no down time to the in the production schedule. With the ability to make numerous profile changes throughout the day, saving and recalling recipe files for over 1000+ jobs stored locally on the screen, making this an ideal choice for a variety of fabricators. Creating a V-fold edge, instead of building up the front edge, or a cove back splash profile, the v-groove is being applied from above, simultaneously taping from below, with the workpiece moving thought the machine automatically.
