OMEC 650A CNC Dovetailer 2HP

Omec 650-A CNC dovetailer is designed to cut single male or female work pieces, or both simultaneously. Boards can be clamped and released in manual mode by pneumatic valves. The 650-A model is controlled by a CNC system that is programmed to manufacture two types of fixed pitch joints (25mm and 50mm). All the adjustments can be easily carried out following the software instructions of the machine displayed on the Touch-Screen. Pin height, grove depth, groove location, machining speed, number of joints, and tool diameter (for tool compensation) are all controlled by the Touch-Screen. The lock-in and release of the pieces is a pneumatically controlled operation linked to the CNC to allow the machine to work in two separate work zones.
