Selby's Full Mortise Champ Hinge - 24mm is machined solid brass with steel linkage. The secret is in the wedge action! Just drill hole and insert! The hinge is perfect for a butterfly table leaf. The hinge measures 24mm diameter x 2" long, for 1-1/4"-1-1/2" wood. Holes must be drilled to the exact millimeter depth. Once hinge is inserted, the set screw is tightened which expands the cylinder within the hole, securing the hinge in place.
