Product Details
• Tops are available in lengths from 97"
• John Boos butcher block tops are constructed of high quality northern hard maple hardwood, kiln dried for low moisture content and electrostatically glued with moisture resistant urea resin adhesive
• Tops have been finished with mineral oil to seal the wood fibers and to bring out the warm rich colors of the grain
• Tops can be retreated with mineral oil as needed (see Boos Mystery Oil below)
• Countertops are 1-1/2" thick and 25" deep
• Backsplashes are 4" high and 3/4" thick
