This desk grommet in Polished Chrome can be mount flush with the desktop. Counterbore into a 1-1/2" diameter hole, 1/8" deep. Then drill 1-1/4" and set grommet into the opening so the flange rests in the 1/8" depression completely flush for a striking look.
