8" Dia x 2 x 20 Teeth Carbide Tipped Adjustable ACM Scoring Set, 5/8 Bore Saw Blade

This set contains two carbide tipped saw blades and a shim set. This unique system can be widely used for scoring many cladding materials (wall coverings) such as Alucobond, Alupanel, Dibond, ALPOLIC CCM, Trespa, Durabond and more. The materials are used on facades and interior wall surfaces that can be found in office buildings, hospitals, convention centers, airports and hotels, along with exterior signage. ACP is a type of ACM flat panel that consists of two thin aluminum sheets bonded to a non-aluminum core. ACPs are frequently used for external cladding or facades of buildings, insulation, and signage. Durabond is a polyethylene core with 0.3mm colored aluminum sheet on either side, pre-finished requiring no decoration.

Features:
• Cutting V-shaped grooves with flat bottoms, whereby the aluminum cover and a part of the core is removed, allows for folding the remaining material by hand
