The String Trimmer Guard (459504-3) is the replacement guard for 36V (18V X2) LXT String Trimmers (XRU15, sold separately). The guard offers protection against most flying debris and objects and is engineered for improved visibility of work area when cutting. The line cutter cuts trimmer line to usable length for user convenience. The guard is quick and simple to install. Features: • Durable, high impact composite shield • Line cutter cuts length of 15" cutting swath (346855-2 line cutter and (2) 266326-2 screws sold separately) • Provides improved visibility of the cutting area for efficiency • For use with Makita XGT String Trimmer model GRU01 and LXT String Trimmer model XRU15
