|---|---|
| Throughput increase | 40% |
| Film consumption reduction | Up to 50% |
| Average payback period | 6 to 9 months |
| Product size range | 500mm to 2400mm |
Who should book this demo: Any shop shipping panel goods, doors, or millwork that wants to reduce transit damage and cut packaging labor costs.

Star V Machinery SLG-2000 Fully Automatic V Grooving Machine
The SLG-2000 creates build-up front edges, cove back splash profiles, scribe strips, triple fold profiles, dado for back panels, double edge shelving, and more. It runs on a 2x10HP three-phase motor with a two-head configuration, a high-precision stainless steel roller bed, and a two-tape system.
Every machine ships standard with all available options included: motorized setup, automatic tape application, and automatic cut-to-length. Linear and cross cuts reach 14.5 inches standard, with a 24.5-inch option available. The SLG-2000 carries a two-year warranty.

Superfici Mini Plus Automatic Spray Machine
The Mini Plus is a through-feed automatic spraying machine with a reciprocating arm mounted on a high-precision linear guide. It supports up to four spray guns across two lacquer circuits. OPTISPRAY software handles automatic working-width detection, and a 5.7-inch color touchscreen controls the full system.
In-feed and out-feed roller conveyors run at 1600mm width with a central belt and paper roll protection up to 300mm in diameter. The enclosing cabin includes double-side dry filtration and a PLC-controlled pressurization system.

Blum Legrabox System + MiniPress P
This demo covers the full Blum drawer system workflow from drilling to final assembly. The Legrabox delivers a slim, minimalist profile with smooth, silent motion and high load stability. The MiniPress P handles precise drilling and hardware insertion at production speed.
The demo runs the complete assembly sequence with EASYSTICK, BOXFIX plus, and BOXFIX E-L so you can evaluate the system start to finish under real conditions.
Who should book this demo: Cabinet shops currently spec-ing or evaluating Blum hardware who want to see the full assembly workflow before committing.

Guffey Systems PivotLine and PivotPoint Finishing Systems
The PivotLine and PivotPoint are a modular, patented material handling system built for finishing operations. Spray hubs rotate and lock at 90-degree increments, letting you finish both sides of a piece at the same time. The system is modular and scalable, built to expand as your operation grows.
Guffey positions the PivotLine as delivering automated line speed and throughput at a fraction of the cost, footprint, and implementation time of a traditional automated finishing line.
Who should book this demo: Any shop evaluating finishing workflow upgrades, from single-operator setups to high-volume production environments.

Sames-Kremlin Cyclomix Evo Precision Mixing System
The Cyclomix Evo is a plural-component mixing system engineered for industrial spray applications. Resin flows continuously as the base material while catalyst is injected in small, precise quantities directly into the stream. The 3+1 mixing system delivers a repeatable, consistent mix on every spray cycle with no operator variability.

Why Attend in Person
Spec sheets and video tell part of the story. Seeing a machine run under real conditions, with a product expert next to you, is a different evaluation entirely. You can ask production-specific questions, watch setup, and pressure-test output quality against what your shop actually needs.
June 3 puts you in front of six machines in a single morning. That is a more efficient buying process than six separate sales calls.
