The GRASS Tiomos 120˚ full-overlay hinge incorporates new kinematics in place that make the doors are extremely easy to open. The complex inner workings of this high-tech hinge are hidden from view, but they are most impressive when working as one. Plus, this mechanism ensures convenient alignment with the smallest of gaps and reveals, providing new possibilities to cabinet designers. This hinge comes with an adjustable soft-close mechanism to dampen the action of doors slamming shut. It allows three-dimensional adjustment for easy alignment of doors. Depth adjustment (+3/-2mm) is based on the worm gear principle and is continuous and self-locking. This Tiomos hinge system enables height adjustment (? 2.5mm) via a worm gear or through elongated holes and based on the type of base plate chosen. The side adjustment (? 2mm) can be made on the hinge arm.
