Warm Finish, Serious Function
The Karran Bluffton is a single-handle, pull-down sprayer kitchen faucet finished in Brushed Gold. Designed for single-hole installation, it brings a warm, rich tone to the sink deck while delivering the pull-down reach and dual-function spray that working kitchens depend on.
Key Features
• Brushed Gold finish applied by a durable PVD process that resists everyday wear in the kitchen environment.
• Pull-down spray head on a nylon braided hose, color-matched to the faucet finish for a cohesive look.
• Dual-function spray head switches between an aerated stream and a powerful spray to handle rinsing and cleaning tasks.
• Single lever control manages both flow and temperature with one hand.
• 360° swivel spout extends reach across single and double-bowl sinks without repositioning.
• Ceramic cartridge rated to 1.5 million cycles for long-term valve reliability.
Built Around the Way Kitchens Actually Work
A pull-down faucet earns its place by being useful in every direction. The Bluffton's spray head travels down into the bowl on its nylon braided hose, putting the dual-function spray exactly where the work is. Switch to an aerated stream for filling pots, then flip to spray mode for rinsing produce, scrubbing sheet pans, or clearing debris from a prep sink. The 360° swivel spout covers ground across the full sink width, which matters on a double-bowl layout where the faucet has to serve both sides. Single-hole mounting keeps the deck clean, and the single lever puts flow and temperature on the same handle so both hands stay free for the task.
A Finish That Works as Hard as the Rest of It
Brushed Gold is a warm, muted tone that reads well against both light and dark countertop materials, and the PVD application bonds the finish at the surface level rather than sitting on top of it. The nylon braided hose follows the finish group, so the connection between the spout and the spray head stays visually consistent rather than introducing a contrasting color. Inside the valve body, a ceramic cartridge handles the work of controlling flow and temperature cycle after cycle. Lead-free brass construction is the material behind the finish on the body. A coordinating stainless soap dispenser is available separately in the SD series if the deck layout calls for one.
The Right Choice for Finish-Forward Builds
Cabinet shops and designers specifying hardware packages often need a faucet that anchors a finish story, not just one that fills a hole in the deck. The Bluffton in Brushed Gold works well when the broader hardware plan leans warm: champagne bronze pulls, warm brass knobs, or unlacquered fixtures where a cool chrome or matte black tone would break the palette. Homeowners finishing a kitchen renovation will find the single-hole requirement straightforward on most modern sink decks. Contractors replacing an existing single-hole faucet get a direct swap with mounting hardware included in the box.
Does the Brushed Gold finish coordinate with Champagne Bronze hardware?
The two finishes are in the same warm-tone family and pair well in most installations. That said, finish matching across brands and materials is never exact. If a close match matters, order a sample or check the faucet in person alongside the pulls or knobs before specifying the full job.
What is included with the faucet?
Mounting hardware and hot and cold water supply lines are included per the spec sheet. A soap dispenser and drain assembly are not included and are sold separately.
How many holes does this faucet require?
One. The Bluffton mounts through a single deck or countertop hole. If your sink or counter has additional pre-drilled holes, a cover plate may be used to close the extras, though one is not included with this faucet.
Is the spray head retractable, or does it stay down after pulling?
The spray head is designed to be pulled down and returned to the spout when finished. Karran's spec for this model describes a pull-down configuration; confirm retractable docking from the spec sheet if that detail is critical to your installation.
Can this faucet be used with an undermount sink that has no faucet deck?
Yes. When the sink has no built-in faucet deck, the faucet mounts directly through the countertop. This is the standard installation path for most undermount kitchen sinks.
A Faucet the Finish Story Deserves
The Bluffton in Brushed Gold puts a warm, durable finish on a faucet built around everyday kitchen utility, so the hardware choice doesn't compromise either side of the decision.
