Karran Scottsdale Pull-Down Faucet for Everyday Kitchen Work
The Scottsdale Single-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet brings a clean, professional look to the kitchen sink and backs it with a dual-function spray head that handles everything from rinsing delicate herbs to blasting a stacked sheet pan. Built on a single-lever design with a retractable pull-down hose, this Stainless Steel faucet is a practical choice for both residential kitchens and showroom-quality renovations.
Key Features
• Dual-function spray head switches between an aerated stream and a powerful spray to match the task at hand.
• Pull-down retractable hose extends the spray head deep into the bowl and docks back at the spout after each use.
• Single lever control adjusts both flow and temperature with one hand for efficient operation during busy prep work.
• 360° swivel spout rotates fully to serve both sides of a double-bowl sink or to clear the way during cleaning.
• Ceramic cartridge rated to 1.5 million cycles keeps the lever responsive and drip-free over the long term.
• Stainless Steel finish with PVD application delivers a clean, professional look that coordinates with stainless sink bowls and appliances.
Designed for Busy Sink Work
The pull-down spray head on the Scottsdale reaches every corner of the bowl without repositioning the pot or pan. Two spray functions are toggled right at the head: use the aerated stream for filling, switch to the powerful spray for rinsing or scrubbing. The full 360° swivel means the spout moves to the work rather than the other way around, which matters on a double-bowl setup where you're constantly shifting between wash and rinse sides. The single-lever handle keeps temperature adjustment simple when hands are full or wet.
Stainless Steel Finish Built to Stay That Way
The Stainless Steel finish on the Scottsdale is applied by PVD, a physical vapor deposition process that bonds the finish to the faucet body rather than sitting on top of it as a coating. The faucet body is lead-free brass, a compliance-grade material for faucets supplying potable water. The ceramic cartridge carries a manufacturer rating of 1.5 million cycles — a meaningful number for a kitchen faucet that sees heavy daily use across years of service. The nylon braided hose is color-matched to the Stainless Steel finish, keeping the under-sink aesthetic consistent.
Right for Kitchen Renovations and New Builds Alike
The Scottsdale installs through a single hole, which makes it straightforward to fit with any Karran undermount or top-mount sink that has a single countertop drilling. It also works well where the faucet mounts through a stone or quartz countertop rather than through a sink deck. Designers specifying hardware packages for kitchen renovations will find the Stainless Steel finish an easy coordinate with stainless bowl selections across the Karran line. Contractors sourcing faucets for production builds appreciate a single-lever configuration that installs consistently and requires no adjusting after the fact. The 18-7/8 inch overall height gives the spout enough clearance for deep single-bowl sinks.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the Scottsdale spray head dock back automatically, or does it need to be pushed in?
The spray head retracts on its retractable hose and docks back at the spout after each use — no manual pushing required. This keeps the spout profile clean between uses.
Will this faucet mount through a thick stone or quartz countertop?
The Scottsdale is a single-hole mount designed to go through a countertop or sink deck. For specific maximum deck thickness compatibility, check the spec sheet against your countertop material before ordering.
Is a soap dispenser included with the Scottsdale?
The soap dispenser is sold separately. Karran's coordinating SD25 or SD35 dispensers are available in matching finishes, including Stainless Steel, and are designed to pair with this faucet line.
What's included in the box?
Mounting hardware and hot and cold water supply lines ship with the faucet, per the manufacturer's specification. The soap dispenser is a separate purchase.
A Faucet That Works as Hard as the Sink It's On
The Scottsdale brings together the reach of a pull-down spray head, the versatility of a dual-function sprayer, and a Stainless Steel PVD finish that holds its look across years of kitchen use — all in a single-hole package that fits the Karran sinks already on your spec sheet.
