Brushed Gold Warmth, Pull-Down Reach
The Karran Scottsdale pull-down kitchen faucet brings a warm Brushed Gold finish together with a versatile dual-function spray head, giving the sink a design focal point that works as hard as it looks. Single-lever control manages both flow and temperature through one handle, and the pull-down head extends into the bowl on a retractable hose for tasks that need direct aim and reach.
Key Features
• Brushed Gold finish applied by PVD for a warm, lasting tone that coordinates with brass-accented hardware across the kitchen.
• Dual-function spray head switches between an aerated stream for filling and a powerful spray for rinsing and cleanup.
• Pull-down retractable hose brings the spray head down into the bowl and docks back to the spout when the task is done.
• Single-lever control adjusts both flow and temperature with one hand.
• Ceramic cartridge rated to 1.5 million cycles for reliable operation over the long run.
• Single-hole mounting with mounting hardware and hot and cold water lines included.
From Pot-Filling to Produce Rinsing
A pull-down faucet earns its place at a busy sink by handling the full range of kitchen tasks without a second tool. The aerated stream fills pots and glasses cleanly with minimal splash. When the job shifts to rinsing a colander of vegetables, scrubbing a sheet pan, or clearing the bowl after prep work, the spray mode delivers directed force where it's needed. The retractable hose keeps the head within reach and returns it to the docked position when the task is finished, so the spout stays tidy between uses. Single-lever operation means hands that are already occupied with a pan or a cutting board can still adjust flow with a nudge.
A Finish Built to Stay Looking That Way
Brushed Gold is applied through a PVD process, which bonds the finish at the surface level rather than sitting on top as a coating. The result holds its warm tone through daily contact without requiring special care routines. The lead-free brass body underneath gives the faucet its structural foundation and makes it appropriate for potable water applications. For kitchens that pair warm metals across multiple fixtures or where cabinetry hardware already leans toward brass or gold tones, this finish ties those elements together at the sink.
A Natural Fit for Design-Forward Kitchen Builds
This faucet is well suited to cabinet shops and designers who are specifying a complete kitchen package and want the faucet finish to carry through from the hardware to the sink fixture. Homeowners renovating a kitchen around warm metal tones will find Brushed Gold an easier coordinate than chrome or stainless when the rest of the room has already committed to a warmer palette. The single-hole footprint keeps countertop drillings clean and minimal, which works particularly well on undermount and seamless sink installations where the countertop surface is the visual priority. Mounting hardware and supply lines are in the box, so the install doesn't require a separate hardware run.
Does this faucet work with a single-bowl undermount sink that has no faucet deck?
Yes. Because the Scottsdale mounts through a single hole in the countertop, it pairs naturally with undermount sinks that have no deck of their own. The faucet goes through the countertop directly, and the pull-down head reaches into the bowl from above.
What is the overall height of this faucet?
The overall height is 18-7/8 inches, as stated on the specification. Confirm clearance against any upper cabinets, shelving, or window sills above the sink before installing.
Is a soap dispenser available in Brushed Gold to match?
Karran offers coordinating soap dispensers in matched finishes. Check the Karran accessory line for the SD-series dispenser in Brushed Gold to keep the sink area consistent.
Does the spray head lock in either function, or does it require holding a button?
The dual-function head switches between aerated stream and spray mode. Refer to the included installation documentation for the exact switching mechanism on this model, as button-hold versus toggle varies by configuration.
The Right Finish at the Right Sink
For kitchen projects where the hardware choice is carrying a design story, having the faucet match that story at the sink matters. The Scottsdale in Brushed Gold closes that loop reliably, pairing a finish that coordinates across warm-metal kitchens with a pull-down workhorse that handles daily kitchen use without fuss.
